Login Procedure for Coaches

Each competing school has a coach, who gets a login to Avogadro in order to post in the messageboard and to provide information about their school's students and events.

 

Instructions for Coaches to Enter Team Events and Student Participants:

STEP 1   New coaches must change their "password" at the WSO Messageboard.   An account has been established for each coach at the WSO Messageboard in the format of "first name last name" and a password of "changeme."   The password "changeme" must be changed to a password selected by a coach.   To change the password, access the messageboard at the following address: http://wisconsinso.org/phpBB At the Messageboard there is a link on the left side for 'Memberlist,' this is where you can find your username.

The password can be changed by clicking on the "profile" link on the left side of the messagboard.

For returning coaches, the passwords have not been reset.

STEP 2 Once the password has been changed, access Avogadro at the following address: http://www.wisconsinso.org/avogadro/v2_0  

After logging in with a new password, click on "Edit Schools/Events" and then click "Add/Edit School Data."   At this page, coaches will then be able to enter the Compete, Audit and Not Compete list of events for their school.
